＝Tokimeki Records is a music project that creates nostalgic music in the nighttime darkness of the city. The end of the summer of 2019, the project will start its activities as a cover project of famous Japanese and Western music from the 80's and 90's. The project will include Mime's vocalists "Hikari", "Hannah Warm The 7" record "OH NO, OH YES!" was released in 2020 and sold out immediately. The 7" record charted at #30 on the Oricon Charts and has been receiving 300,000-600,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. The electro-boogie sound with an emphasis on synths and the soulful, sensual vocals of the singer tell the story of an adult, mellow, and sensual night.

＝Hikari is the vocalist of the neo-soul band Mime, and was born in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1992. In 2014, she was invited by her college senior TiMT to join the band "Mime" as a vocalist. Currently, in addition to Mime, she is a featured vocalist for JINTANA & EMERALDS and Tokimeki Records. Her urban voice, which combines coolness and glamour, captivates listeners.

Tokimeki Records, a pioneer in city pop covers in the subs and analog scenes, presents a new cover of Anri's '83 work "WINDY SUMMER," written and produced by Toshio Kadomatsu. Featuring the well-known Hikari (Mime) on vocals, the summery song selection and arrangement were newly recorded for the surf compilation "Honey meets Island Cafe - Sea of Love 8-. The rich and sparkling sound and worldview of the original is covered with a modern interpretation of CITY POP. This song is a must-have for this summer.
